Hands down the best place to live in the North Charleston/Park Circle area if you are renting. The staff is amazing - so helpful and friendly, they truly care about their residents. I always felt safe walking my dog at night in the area with the amount of lights they keep on 24/7. The dog spa, gym and pool are great.

I absolutely love living here. The layout of my apartment is just right for me and all the amenities are fantastic. The location is near perfect, as it is close to the best that Park Circle has to offer and is very well situated for quickly getting Downtown. However, the best part of living here is the amazing staff, every single of one of them does everything they can for us residents, and it shows.

This place is AMAZING. Workout room is packed with great gear, the pool is equipped with a grilling area and there are other areas to grill out & host gatherings throughout the complex. Monday night yoga classes are a total bonus, for sure! Restaurants within walking distance, a short walk to Park Circle & the clubhouse are just a few other perks Mixson has to offer. Secure & safe package delivery area, dog park & spa are some other amenities...too many to count! I'd recommend this community!

They have always been so open in communication and have helped us in anyway they possibly can. It’s very clean and a very organized complex near park circle. I loved living there and if military didn’t take us away, we would have stayed there. Thank you guys for everything!!!
